My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were very neat and clean, equipped with a microwave and a fridge, which was convenient. However, due to the occupancy, the wifi connection was affected. The service was cordial, with staff always willing to help. The location was very convenient for us with good road links, but the aspect ratio was sometimes wonky with limited content selection. The dining experience was nice, offering a good variety for Continental breakfast. The hotel had great facilities that added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I found the hotel to be quite accommodating for my family's needs, especially for my mobility-limited family member. The room, though a bit small, was clean and had a useful little kitchenette, but it lacked a stovetop and dishes. The service was helpful and informative, going above and beyond in certain situations, but communication hiccups arose due to language barriers. The location was convenient, being close to various amenities, but the staff shortage led to some operational challenges. The dining experience had limited healthy options, although the self-serve items were decent. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, particularly considering the value for money.

This hotel is in a quiet location, a bit outside of town, making it ideal for exploring Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan while having the option to visit Detroit. The rooms were clean and comfortable but having only one bed was less than ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even holding luggage without charge. However, the dining options, mainly with Styrofoam items, could use some healthier and diabetic-friendly choices. If visiting during U of M football games or Parents Weekends, prices in the area tend to be high.
